Our Clipper level incorporates swim levels 5–7, focusing on refining technique and developing the four main strokes — front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, bringing together all previously learned skills for confident, efficient swimming.
Our Clipper level is where everything your pupil has learned so far comes together. Building on earlier progress, this stage focuses on refining movement and developing the four swimming strokes — front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
From early on, we plant the seeds of the four strokes, further developing the kicking skills introduced in earlier levels, as a strong kick is the foundation of every stroke. Once this is secure, the arms and full stroke movements are gradually introduced through guided, purposeful practice.
As pupils develop strength, their movements become more rhythmical, and their breathing becomes more efficient, setting the course for the next stage in their swimming journey.
Classes run early afternoons to 6:30pm on weekdays, and afternoons to 5pm on weekends, with a maximum of four swimmers per session (increasing to five swimmers in Level 7). Please contact us for specific times.
